1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most products. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
• Opened or used electronic items (unless defective)
• Products without original packaging or accessories
• Sale or clearance items

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

3. Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, we will arrange free return pickup. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us with your order details and we will arrange for a replacement.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return process. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
